Hey, everyone!

It's that time of the week again - updates! Today, I'm going to cover Sweet Battle contest winners, upcoming contests, drawing contest winners and a party recap. 

First things first, contests!

Sweet Battle Results, Coins Rain Contest

For the past week, you guys competed in the Sweet Battle contest, and at last, the winners are in! Let's take a look:

• In 1st place we have Oingoboingo! You will receive 7 days of citizenship, 10,000 bugs and a sweet battle bant.
• In 2nd place we have Vegito72! You will receive 5 days of citizenship, 7,500 bugs and a sweet battle bant.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a 3rd place winner.

Congratulations! 

Next up is Coins Rain! You have exactly a week from today, the 31st of March to the 7th of April. Good luck!

Drawing Contest Results, Graffiti Contest

It's been a week since the beginning of the Spring drawing contest, and it is time to announce the winner. Sadly, there weren't many entries but, we have a winner nevertheless! Make sure to congratulate: Mike! You will receive 10 days of citizenship, 10,000 bugs and a paintbrush!

Next up, we are holding a Graffiti Contest for the next two weeks. What does this mean? You will have to create a piece of artwork on the underground walls of Chotopia. Here are the guidelines:

• The theme is up to you. You may draw anything you wish but...
• ... Inappropriate artwork will result in instant disqualification
• Plagiarised artwork will also result in instant disqualification
• Your artwork can be submitted as a screenshot via the comment section on the blog or on Discord in the submissions-for-contests channel
• You must create your artwork in any of the underground walls on Chotopia

If you do not have access to any of the walls, don't worry! You can easily earn a few days of citizenship by just spinning the daily wheel or winning the weekly contest. You have until the 14th of April to enter. Best of luck!

Please remember not to ruin anyone's artwork while they're working on it!

Party Recap

As you may recall, we recently held a Spring Party. The party was a great success and we truly hope you all had a blast. Let's have a recap!

There was tons of rain, music and magic! We also held a "best outfit" contest, and the winner is: Clayton! You will receive 10,000 bugs.

More Updates

As you may know, job applications for the Chotopia team were opened in the past week, and we have just recruited two new staff team members! Make sure to give a warm welcome to the following additions to our growing staff team:

Emma2408 - Illustrator/Moderator

Emma's job will focus on creating graphics and illustrations for the game (for example, the blog) and moderating Chotopia.

Lina - Social Media Manager/Illustrator

Lina's job will focus on managing the Chotopia social media accounts (Instagram - chotopiaus), moderating the Discord server and creating illustrations for the game.

But, that's not all! We have recently recruited a new Agent, too! Let's give a big congratulations to:

Hi everyone!

Firstly, I apologise for the delay in uploading a new post and rewarding contest winners.
Secondly, today I'm bringing you the results of the Asteroid contest, two new contests and a series of updates, so don't stop reading yet!

Asteroid Results

After a long week, the Asteroid contest has come to an end and the winners are in!

• In 1st place we have Vaks! You will receive 7 days of citizenship, 10,000 bugs, a gold medal and an asteroid background!
• In 2nd place we have Oingoboingo! You will receive 5 days of citizenship, 7,500 bugs, a silver medal and an asteroid background!
• In 3rd place we have Lewitaly! You will receive 3 days of citizenship, 5,000 bugs, a bronze medal and an asteroid background!

Sweet Battle Contest

The next contest is a Sweet Battle contest! You have one week (24th of March - 31st of March) to battle against your friends to win a unique prize. Get battling!

Drawing Contest

It has been a while since we last hosted a drawing contest, so I'm bringing you one today! The guidelines are simple:

• Your drawing must fit the theme of Spring.
• It must be related to Chotopia. This means it must include a Chobot, or a feature of Chotopia. 
• Inappropriate artwork will result in instant disqualification. 
• Plagiarised artwork will also result in instant disqualification. 
• The resolution and art medium (pencil and paper, digital artwork, paint, etc) used are entirely up to the artist! Be creative!

You have one week (24th of March - 31st of March) to create a Spring-themed artwork in the spirit of Spring. The most creative and outstanding artwork(s) will be awarded a paintbrush or Basia suit, and a few other prizes. Good luck!

Updates

In the coming weeks, Chotopia will be undergoing updates and changes to better your experience on the game. One of the main changes is the Chotopia Team going through a reconstructing process as we look to the future of the game. Hence, we are officially hiring here! 

More upcoming changes will include updates to the in-game and $hop catalogues, an increased amount of parties, events and contests, and much more!

Cow Mission Results, Robofactory Contest, Poster Contest

Hey everyone!

Happy March! Time is flying by, isn't it? I hope you all had a wonderful February. Today, I'm bringing you the results of the Cow Mission contest alongside information regarding two new contests!

After a week of farming and feeding Daisy, the results for the Cow Mission contest are in! All participants did a great job but there can only be three winners, here they are:

1st : Privacyman. You will receive 10 days of citizenship, 10,000 bugs and a big gold medal!

2nd : Vakss. You will receive 7 days of citizenship, 7,500 bugs and a big silver medal!

3rd : Di3g0c. You will receive 5 days of citizenship, 5,000 bugs and a big bronze medal!

Up next we are holding a Robofactory contest, lasting from Sunday, the 3rd of March to Sunday, the 10th of March. Get playing to earn some nice rewards! You have one week to win!

We are also holding a creative contest for the creative players out there. This will be a poster contest, below are the guidelines:

• You must create a poster based on the following: Advertising Chotopia 

1. The poster must be something that advertises Chotopia. 
2. It must be positive and relate to the game. Inappropriate posters will result in disqualification.
3. It must be done on a template that is approximately 1124 x 800 pixels.
4. It can be drawn, edited, or compiled of multiple pictures. The choice is yours! Be creative!

You have two weeks to enter and win some BIG prizes. You don't want to miss it! This contest is lasting from Sunday, the 3rd of March to Sunday, the 17th of March. Good luck!
